GDPR and privacy rights
Learn how to request access, export, correction, deletion, or objection for personal data handled by TrueSay.
What it is
GDPR and similar privacy laws give many users rights over personal data: access, export, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, and complaints to a regulator. Availability depends on your location and applicable law.
What you can request
- A copy of account data through data export.
- Correction of inaccurate account information.
- Deletion through the in-app account deletion flow.
- Review of privacy choices or processing concerns.
- Support for questions about legal privacy rights.
How to use it
For a copy of your data, open Settings -> Data Export and request an export.
For deletion, open Settings -> Account -> Delete Account and follow the confirmation flow.
For privacy rights questions that are not covered in-app, contact support through the Help Center contact page.
Important notes
Some safety, fraud, legal, tax, accounting, moderation, and abuse prevention records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Aggregate analytics that no longer identify you may also remain.
