How to use it
Open the group admin panel and choose the moderation or reports section.
Review reports with the reported content, reason, description, reporter context, and current status.
Resolve, dismiss, remove content, or escalate depending on the issue. Platform-floor reasons such as child safety, violence, and doxing should stay with platform moderation.
Moderator expectations
Use group rules consistently, keep notes brief and factual, and escalate severe reports instead of handling them only at group level. Group moderation does not override TrueSay's platform policies.
