Topics help TrueSay group posts by subject. Follow topics you care about, mute topics you do not, and tune how strongly they affect your feed.
What it is
Topics are subject labels that help organize posts, recommendations, search results, and feed preferences. Interests are your account-level signals about which topics you want more or less of.
How to use it
Open a topic, hashtag, or search result and follow the topic if you want more posts like it.
Use feed preferences or feed recipes to raise, lower, mute, or rebalance topics.
If a topic keeps appearing in the wrong context, mute the topic or add a muted word for the specific phrase.
How topics affect the feed
Topics are one input among several. Follows, recency, engagement, safety filters, muted words, blocked users, group membership, and your active feed recipe can all change what you see.
