Pricing, wallet, and billing
Fixed prices — $5 per 1,000 views or 50¢ per click — spent from a prepaid wallet. Prices lock at serve time, every event bills at most once, and campaigns never overspend.
What it is
TrueSay uses simple, prepaid, fixed pricing:
- Pay per view: $5 per 1,000 views (CPM — "cost per mille", industry shorthand for cost per thousand impressions).
- Pay per click: 50¢ per click (CPC — cost per click). Views are free on this model; you pay only when someone taps through.
There's no bidding and no auction pressure — the two prices are set so neither model gets preferential delivery.
The ad wallet
Campaigns spend from a prepaid wallet, not a card on file.
Top up at Advertise → Wallet ($5 minimum). Payment is handled by Stripe; the credit lands in your wallet immediately.
Launch campaigns against the balance. If your wallet empties, all your campaigns pause automatically and you're notified — nothing ever spends money you haven't loaded.
How billing actually works
- The price of every view and click is locked when the ad is chosen for your screen, so a mid-flight price change can never affect ads already in motion.
- Each view and click is billed at most once — replayed or duplicated events are refused by the billing engine.
- Per-click billing is capped per person per day: a handful of clicks from the same person bill, the rest are recorded for your analytics but cost you nothing. This is click-fraud protection that favors you.
- A campaign never spends past its budget. Raising the budget resumes delivery; you don't need to relaunch.
Statements
Your wallet page keeps the full top-up and spend history, and a monthly statement (email + downloadable CSV) summarizes spend per campaign.
